About the Role

The primary role of the Field Director is to manage field operations to directly communicate the campaign message with voters.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Creates a plan and goals for voter contacts

  • Analyzes the political landscape to develop a plan for ground work in any given area

  • Implement various field strategies to recruit volunteers and maximize visibility for the campaign and improve area GOTV efforts.

  • Leads canvassing efforts and directs volunteers

  • Works with city, county. and district level field managers to oversee the successful implementation of the field plans.

Necessary Skills: 

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal)

  • Organizational Skills

  • Positive, go getter attitude

  • Politically Savvy

  • Knowledge of the campaign strategy

  • Knowledge of the campaign rhetoric

Necessary Experience/Knowledge:
