About the Role
The primary role of the Field Director is to manage field operations to directly communicate the campaign message with voters.
Responsibilities Include:
Creates a plan and goals for voter contacts
Analyzes the political landscape to develop a plan for ground work in any given area
Implement various field strategies to recruit volunteers and maximize visibility for the campaign and improve area GOTV efforts.
Leads canvassing efforts and directs volunteers
Works with city, county. and district level field managers to oversee the successful implementation of the field plans.
